Ashley is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has been with Crow River Family Services since 2013. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2009 and earned her Master of Social Work Degree in 2012 from Augsburg College. Ashley is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and Psi Chi, the National Honor Society for Psychology. Her work experiences include being a Treatment Coordinator at a residential treatment facility for children and adolescents for 3 years as well as working as a Behavior Therapist at the Minnesota Autism Center. Ashley has received additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and is working towards certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She provides in-home individual, family, and group skills through Children’s Therapeutic Supports and Services (CTSS), individual and family outpatient therapy, clinical supervision. Ashley is passionate about working with young children and early childhood behavioral concerns. She enjoys working with children of all ages and utilizing behavior modification and strength-based approaches.
